Class A speakers
AudioBox GO's XMAX-L Class A mic preamp is based on the design used in PreSonus' StudioLive mixers. With variable 48V phantom power and up to 50dB of gain, the XLR-1/4" combo mic/line input can accommodate microphones (power or condenser), or direct box/line level signals. like a keyboard or drum machine.
Instrument Input
A dedicated 1/4" TS input is provided for connecting Hi-Z electric instruments such as guitars or basses. Use the included Brainworx bx_rockrack plug-in to play realistic amp sounds in the included Studio One Prime software or your favorite DAW.
High resolution converters
Supporting digital resolution up to 24-bit / 96kHz, AudioBox GO is equipped to perform AD / DA conversion clearly and precisely. It can also work as a good DAC for playing high resolution files on your computer.
Headphones and monitors
With two 1/4" line input / monitor and stereo headphone output, you can connect a pair of studio speakers to the headphones, and adjust their volume levels independently with a separate knob on the front panel.
Latency-Free Preview
AudioBox GO features real-time monitoring and mixing controls, allowing you to perform a complete mix of latency-free live input signals and return signals to your computer.
USB-C Powered
Travel lights and AudioBox GO. It is powered by a USB connection to your Mac or Windows computer, so you don't need to bring electricity. As a class-leading USB Type-C device, it also works with Android devices and iPads.

StudioOne Prime software
Although AudioBox GO works with all macOS and Windows audio recording software, it comes with a free license for PreSonus Studio One Prime DAW, giving you a complete recording solution. Studio One is easy to learn and lets you draw, record and create your beautiful artwork without the distraction of a device.
